Preferred service times:
We try to respond to service requests whenever possible within 24 hours. If you do not intend on being present for our attendance, please ensure you leave a remote or key for testing purposes and advise us when confirming your booking.
Accounts are emailed to you but are payable within 7 days. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
